Your journey begins the moment you step through our doors — designed not as a clinical waiting room, but as a lounge. Every patient is a guest.
A waiting room is a place you are kept. A lounge is a place you are received. The difference is not the furniture — it is whether the room was designed for the person waiting or for the schedule.
The centre is on the fifth floor of the GO SPORT building on 14th of Ramadan Street in Al-Mansour, near Al-Faqma Refreshments. Reception takes Qi Card as well as cash, so there is no need to bring any.
If it is your first visit, arrive a few minutes early and ask for whatever you need. Nothing about the day is meant to be endured.
